Serving Hungry and Hurting People Since 1997
For more than 25 years, San Bernardino City Mission has helped care for struggling people throughout our community.
Through Family Food Boxes, Bags of Hope meals, food assistance, hygiene kits, shelter support, rehabilitation programs, and compassionate outreach, the Mission serves people facing difficult circumstances every day.
Last year alone, the Mission helped provide more than 50,000 meals during the holiday season.
Many of the people we serve are:

A Simple Food Box Can Restore Hope
When David contacted San Bernardino City Mission, his pantry was nearly empty.
He wasn’t looking for anything extravagant — he simply needed enough food to make it through the week.
Mission volunteers delivered a Family Food Box directly to his home filled with groceries and pantry essentials.
Fresh produce.
Bread.
Soup.
Peanut butter.
Pantry staples.
Food to help him get through the days ahead.
But it wasn’t only the food that impacted him.
Knowing someone cared enough to help reminded David he wasn’t alone.
Over time, that simple act of compassion helped restore hope during one of the hardest periods of his life.
Today, David is doing better and once again looking toward the future with hope.
